I am certified by the leading home inspection training school in North Carolina, The Home Inspection Training Center. I am also a certified mold and radon inspection specialist. ​I have been inspecting homes as far away as New Bern and Jacksonville, but my primary inspection area is Wilmington.

From an early age, I had a strong desire to know how things worked. (That's me below fixing my rocking horse with Dad's screwdriver.) I learned carpentry and plumbing from both my grandfather and my father, eventually earning my degree in electronic engineering.

Living in Pennsylvania, I worked at Harley Davidson as a Team Leader building motorcycles for 20 years. I also worked in residential construction/remodeling, deck/fence installation and ran my own tile and flooring installation business.  In 2015 I made Wilmington my home.
