"My husband and I built a Pulte home. We hired Kelle to inspect our new home throughout the building process. There were 2 inspections scheduled, 1 after framing prior to installation of dry wall; with the 2nd performed prior to closing. With each inspection we received an excellent detailed report of her findings. This allowed us to contact the builder with issues noted on Kelle's list. It gives one peace of mind knowing that a qualified home inspector thoroughly checked everything during the building process. I would highly recommend High Tide Home Inspection.
